Anti-Clogging Solutions for the Cement Industry

Prevent Material Buildup with Anti-Clogging Ceramic Linings

Today, cement plants are increasingly using alternative fuels. This shift leads to material buildup, or “clogging,” in various parts of the production process, especially in the Preheater section. This problem frequently occurs in the Riser pipe, Kiln inlet area, Downpipe and Conical Part of the Bottom Cyclone, as well as the Second Bottom Cyclone.

To combat this, the Siam Refractory Industry uses Advanced Ceramics Solutions in cement plants. These solutions are highly effective at reducing buildup and can extend the service life of traditional castable materials by 2 to 3 times.
