For furnace Bottoms Block, we proudly offer EAZYFLOW40, engineered to withstand extreme sub-paving conditions. Tested by renowned UK laboratories, these furnace bottom blocks are manufactured to tight tolerances and come with full pre-assembly on flat, leveled floors prior to delivery. They feature excellent chemical resistance, durability against abrasion and corrosion, and strong thermal shock performance.
In critical regenerator zones such as crowns, sidewalls, and rider arches, we offer andalusite-based products that form crystalline mullite after firing; ideal for high thermal and mechanical loads. High-grade fused mullite materials are also used for demanding areas like regenerator peepholes, target wall peepholes, and tin bath roof tiles, delivering exceptional thermal shock and structural resilience.
